If you have a scientific question and would like to use data from the Swiss Dialysis Registry for research purposes, please send the filled in request to: srrqap@swissnephrology.ch
If you are interested in overview data / simple evaluations (no ethical approval required), you can send an E-mail with your request and the following information to us: Name, Institution, reason, deadline.
